This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong customer service, organization, and time-management skills but may not have automotive experience.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional experience
- Coordinate scheduled oil changes, tire rotations, and routine maintenance appointments
- Check customers in and gather the necessary vehicle and service information
- Help keep appointments organized and running on schedule
- Communicate with customers throughout their visit
- Work closely with technicians and the service team to keep vehicles moving efficiently
- Assist customers with basic maintenance questions and service recommendations as you learn the position
- Keep customer and vehicle information accurate and organized
- Help ensure every customer leaves with a positive experience
