Service Drive Guest Representative

We are looking for someone who is energetic, and outgoing to join our high-volume service department.

Position duties will include: Assisting guests getting scheduled for service; assisting taking guests phone calls, assist service advisors with guests, greeting guests when they come in to the service drive, assist the porter with moving vehicles, making phone calls to guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with scheduling services when the come in to the dealership
• Assist with taking over flow inbound phone calls
• Must be able to multitask on numerous scheduling systems, and forums
• Participate in team & process development sessions – bring on the sunshine!!
• Being organized.
• Assist service advisors with guests.

Skills / Requirements

• At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
• Team player attitude
• Must be able to follow direction and stay on task
• Enthusiastic personality
• Must have strong computer skills and be able to work on multiple programs simultaneously
• Professional appearance.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
• Position is Monday - Friday with rotating Saturdays.
