We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Service Drive Porter to join our team. This position is responsible for greeting customers, assisting with the new vehicle service check-in process, maintaining an organized service drive.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well in a fast-paced environment, and provides excellent customer service while supporting the service department.
Responsibilities
Service Drive Porter Duties
- Welcome customers as they arrive in the service drive.
- Check in new vehicles and prepare them for service.
- Move, park, and organize customer vehicles safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service drive.
- Assist service advisors with vehicle flow and customer needs.
- Perform vehicle walk-arounds when needed.
- Deliver vehicles to customers after service is completed.
- Ensure all vehicles are handled with care and dealership standards are followed.
Qualifications
- Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
