Service Drive Attendant
At INFINITI of Boerne, the service experience begins before a technician ever touches a vehicle. It begins the moment a guest pulls onto our service drive. The Service Drive Attendant is the first and last impression we make on every guest who entrusts their vehicle to our care. This is a role for someone who takes genuine pride in doing their part well, who shows up consistently, and who understands that the details matter. A warm greeting, a vehicle delivered on time, a service drive that is clean and organized: these are what a premium experience is actually made of.
What You Will Do
- Greet guests as they arrive on the service drive and connect them with their Service Advisor promptly and warmly.
- Assist Service Advisors with vehicle check-ins, walkaround inspections, and video documentation.
- Move and stage vehicles throughout the service drive, service stalls, and lot in an organized, safe manner.
- Manage key tracking and inventory accurately, logging keys in and out and maintaining accountability for vehicles in service.
- Provide shuttle service and pick-up and delivery for guests across our customer's living and working area, which includes Boerne, San Antonio, New Braunfels, and surrounding communities.
- Prepare loaner vehicles for guest use and ensure they are clean, fueled, and ready.
- Maintain a clean, presentable service drive and lot at all times.
- Support the service team as needed to keep the day moving smoothly for guests and advisors alike.
What We Offer
- $15.00 per hour to start.
- 40-hour Daytime schedule, Scheduling hours include Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM and rotating Saturdays 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This means no evenings, no overnight shifts.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, whether in automotive, hospitality, retail, or a similar environment preferred.
- Familiarity with a dealership or service drive environment is helpful but not required.
- Comfortable operating a variety of vehicle types including sedans, SUVs, and luxury models.
Required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. This role requires driving guest and loaner vehicles daily.
- Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury dealership environment.
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and work in outdoor conditions as needed.
- Availability Monday through Saturday within posted service hours. Schedule is 5 days per week with no evenings or overnight shifts.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, MVR review, and drug screening.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
