Overview:
As the Service Electrician you will perform different types of support at the customers location, such as troubleshooting, setup, and installation of systems and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair units while in the field.
- Maintain records of service calls, training, and expenses.
- Provide on-call emergency service as required and maintain communication with the department manager while in the field.
- Educate customers on preventive maintenance and safety regulations, and provide general customer service on the phone and in person.
- Perform other duties assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree
- Three to five years of commercial electrical experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to multitask while staying organized
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Positive customer service skills
