JOB SUMMARY

This position performs and coordinates the installation, repair, and service of electrical systems and components in residential and light commercial environments. Our electricians are expected to deliver high-quality work, communicate clearly with customers, and uphold the standards that define the Mister Sparky brand.

JOB DUTIES

• Installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and light commercial electrical systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues accurately and efficiently
• Determine the general condition of electrical systems and identify necessary repairs or upgrades
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and job specifications
• Identify proper materials and quantities for new installations and repair projects
• Present repair and installation options using the StraightForward Pricing Guide
• Perform thorough safety inspections and ensure all work meets code requirements
• Maintain a clean, professional job site and appearance
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers throughout the job

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Active Utah Journeyman Electrician License
• 3+ years of residential electrical experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Strong emphasis on customer service and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
