Herrmann Ultrasonics is hiring for a Field Service Engineer (Ultrasonic Engineer) in Bartlett, IL.

Job profile
Responsible for providing technical expertise to our customers
Planning, implementation and documentation of machine and equipment commissioning
Execute Factory Acceptance Testing, Site Acceptance Testing and customer personnel training
Providing technical support to our customers including phone/email support, on-site, and in-house customer visits
Assuming emergency and stand-by services including provision of shipping and or delivery of spare parts
Assisting with technical trainings and customer seminars
Requirements:
At least 1-3 years of mechanical and electrical service experience
Associates degree in engineering or equivalent experience
Basic theoretical knowledge in electrical and mechanical engineering principles
Electrical experience with high/low voltage circuits and ability to read electrical schematics
Excellent communications skills and motivated to build long term relationships with customers and colleagues
Willingness to work hands-on and ability to travel within the USA, Canada and Mexico
