In This Role
As a Service Engineer, you will support and enhance a large-scale cloud infrastructure platform focused on resource provisioning, management, and operational efficiency. You will work on automation, software development, and service reliability initiatives that help optimize platform capacity and improve internal engineering processes. This role is ideal for someone with strong C# development skills, an interest in cloud technologies, and a passion for building automated solutions that reduce operational overhead and increase engineering productivity. You will also have opportunities to leverage AI-assisted development tools and modern automation practices to streamline troubleshooting, debugging, and service management.
Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
2-4 years of professional software development experience.
Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
Experience developing, testing, debugging, and supporting production software.
Ability to understand and work with existing codebases and contribute enhancements.
Familiarity with PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages.
Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including:
Data structures
Algorithms
Object-oriented design principles
Software development lifecycle practices
Experience performing troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution in production environments.
Knowledge of unit testing methodologies and software quality practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative engineering environment.

Salary Range
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.
For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $100,000 - $107,000 USD/Annually. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate's qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
