With a strong focus on CNC innovation, the company delivers high-performance Swiss-type lathes, multi-axis turning centers, and automation solutions designed to maximize productivity, precision, and operational efficiency.Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the CNC Service Engineer are:Install, start up, and commission CNC machine tools at customer locations.Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and CNC control system issues.Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and equipment evaluations.Troubleshoot and resolve machine performance, accuracy, and operational concerns.Interpret electrical schematics, machine drawings, and technical documentation.Provide customer training on machine operation, maintenance procedures, and best practices.Complete service reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.Communicate effectively with customers regarding machine status, repair recommendations, and service requirements.Support customers remotely via phone, email, and other communication platforms when appropriate.Collaborate with technical support, applications, parts, and engineering teams to resolve complex machine issues.Maintain service tools, equipment, and company-provided assets in good working condition.Adhere to all company and customer safety requirements.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
