In this role you will be part of an engineering team who assists the Service organization install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain company high-energy e-beam mask lithography systems at customer sites. Your role requires a blend of high-level electrical and mechanical expertise, in-depth knowledge of vacuum systems, robotics, and complex software (LINUX) to ensure peak equipment performance. Your work will support the world's leading chipmakers, which requires you to collaborate closely with customers and colleagues to ensure machine reliability and continuous improvement.
This role focuses on safely performing installation, maintenance, and repair work while troubleshooting technical issues using schematics and diagnostic tools. Responsibilities include documenting service activities, supporting continuous improvement efforts, managing customer interactions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. The position also involves training junior technicians, identifying operational risks, and recommending process improvements.
There is roughly 30% travel and need have valid passport as there may be training overseas. Most work will be done at the Phoenix location and home every night.
