Job Summary: Supervise multiple service crews to plan and execute successful projects. Will work closely with the Service Manager to order project materials, schedule equipment rental, dumpsters & bathroom rentals. Responsible for setting up and maintaining a safe job site, conducting daily safety walks, quality assurance inspections, conducting pre-job & post-job inspections and documenting all punch lists. Will have daily communication with the Customers, Employees, and Service Manager.

Candidate Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in Project Management or Field Supervision in the commercial roofing field
- Leadership, management and project management skills
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite & email
- Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal & organizational skills
- Capability to interpret blueprints is a plus
- Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
- Valid Driver’s License & reliable transportation
