At The Wilkinson Firm we do not just staff events we set the standard for them. We provide hospitality professionals to premium hotel and event partners across Eastern North Carolina. We are seeking a Service and Hospitality Manager to lead front of house operations with professionalism energy and care.

About the Role
This position leads the front of house experience for our event staffing team. You will guide service flow oversee team communication and make sure every guest interaction feels genuine and polished.

Responsibilities
• Supervise banquet servers bartenders and event captains during setup and service
• Support seamless coordination between kitchen and floor teams
• Handle client communication with confidence and warmth
• Lead pre event briefings and post event debriefs
• Uphold presentation and service standards that reflect our premium brand

Qualifications
• Previous leadership experience in catering banquets or hotel service
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Calm presence and problem solving ability during live events
• Strong professional appearance and demeanor

Compensation and Benefits
• Pay ranges from 17 to 20 per hour based on experience, or even more based on experience!
• Mileage reimbursement for travel over 30 miles
• Weekly flexible scheduling

• Potential to transition into consultant or multi site management roles
