Job Summary
We are looking for a Service/Installation Scheduler who can help us schedule our measure, install, and service appointments between our customers and crews. This person must develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to better assist in scheduling appointments and managing customer expectations.
Responsibilities
· Coordinate with customers, installers, and techs to schedule measure, install, and
service appointments.
· Communicate with installers and techs about the complexity of jobs and schedule accordingly.
· Verify all products and parts have arrived before scheduling appointments.
· Prepare daily job packets.
· Process job packets to completion.
Qualifications
· Must have the ability to problem solve.
· Must be detail-oriented.
· Must be capable of continuously learning and adapting to changes.
· Must have good communication skills.
· Must be comfortable utilizing various forms of technology.
