Job Description

As Service Project Manager, you will lead critical service programs and projects, partnering with Business Process Experts, functional leaders, and subject matter experts to develop and implement standardized processes while addressing IGTD-specific needs. You will drive cross-functional alignment, process improvements, quality compliance, and PMO development while mentoring junior project managers and service innovation engineers.

Your Role:

• Lead high-impact service programs and projects, managing scope, budget, resources, timelines, risks, and quality to ensure successful delivery. Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the implementation and integration of ERP or CRM applications, coordinating resources and deliverables across multiple projects. Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to establish priorities and drive execution.
• Build strong relationships across functions and business units, using communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills to drive alignment without direct authority. Translate ambiguous or complex needs into clear, actionable plans.
• Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for process improvement, developing practical solutions that improve efficiency and service delivery. Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills while working independently and taking ownership of outcomes.
• Drive best practices in program and project management within a complex, matrixed enterprise environment. Experience in field service or customer service is preferred, along with the ability to think creatively and pragmatically.

You're the right fit if:

• You have a minimum of 8+ years of experience with Bachelor's OR A minimum of 5+ years of experience with Master's in areas such as Project Management, Program Management, Agile Methodology or equivalent. Medical Device (regulated environment) preferred.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

How we work together:

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details:

The pay range for this position in (CA or MA) is $130,200.00 -$208,320.00

The pay range for this position in (MN) is $123,000.00- $195,000.00.

The pay range for this position in (CO) is $116,250.00 - $186,000.00.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
