LHH is looking for a Service Inventory Buyer to help our clients team ensure critical service parts are available when needed, supporting customer satisfaction and operational success.
What You'll Do
- Manage service inventory levels and replenishment across multiple product lines.
- Create forecasts and analyze demand trends to ensure part availability.
- Issue and manage purchase orders with domestic and international suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance and follow up on open orders.
- Identify and help mitigate supply chain risks.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and system issues.
- Track inventory KPIs and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Partner with Customer Care, Field Service, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Finance teams.
- Support new product launches, engineering changes, and product transitions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of inventory planning, demand planning, purchasing, or supply chain experience.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP preferred.
- Strong Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
Pay/Benefits:
- $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
