Service Lead - Projects

My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented Service Lead - Projects & Transformation on a Contract basis.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Service Lead - Projects & Transformation to lead the Projects Service within the Council's Transformation, Customer & ICT Department.

What's on offer:

• Salary: £500 per day inside IR35

*negotiable based on experience

About the role:

Based in Berkshire(Hybrid):

• Lead and provide strategic direction to the Council's Projects Service, ensuring effective delivery against corporate and service objectives
• Contribute to the delivery of the Council's strategy, vision and values, leading on the development and implementation of projects
• Provide high-quality strategic advice and professional guidance to the Service Director, Executive Director, elected Members and Corporate Board
• Provide strong leadership and effective management of the Projects/Transformation team

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

• Extensive experience in a similar role
• Proven experience leading a Projects, Programme Management or Transformation Service
• A strong understanding of project, programme and transformation delivery within a complex organisation
• Local Authority experience is essential
