The Service Line Administrator for Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (OHNS) serves as a strategic and influential leader responsible for advancing the growth, integration, and long-term success of the service line. This leader develops and executes the vision for patient care delivery across OHNS, working collaboratively with physicians, program leaders, and hospital executives to strengthen service line performance and enhance the patient experience.

The Service Line Administrator is responsible for driving market growth and expanding the reach of OHNS services through strategic partnerships, operational excellence, and innovative care delivery models. By fostering collaboration across clinical, operational, and administrative teams, this leader advances initiatives that improve patient outcomes, efficiency, access, and value.

Through strong leadership and a commitment to excellence, the Service Line Administrator helps position OHNS as a premier destination for otolaryngology and head and neck care, recognized for delivering exceptional patient experiences and high-quality, value-based healthcare services.

Key Relationships

Reports to: Vice Chair of Clinical and Academic Administration, OHNS

Direct Reports (non-physicians): 12

Total Organization: 100+ team members

Candidate Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required in business administration, healthcare administration or related field.

  • Masters Preferred.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience required.
  • Knowledge and experience in designated service line area.
  • Familiarity with current research on appropriate level of care for assigned service level.
