Position Summary:

Service Line Marketing Manager – Graduate Medical Education (GME)

Location & Schedule

  • Office located at 45 W. Crystal Lake St., Orlando, FL.
  • First 90 days are fully onsite.
  • After onboarding, the role transitions to a hybrid schedule with approximately 2 days per week in the GME office.
  • Limited travel throughout Florida and Alabama.

Team Structure

  • Individual contributor role with no direct reports.
  • Works closely with physicians, residency and fellowship programs, GME leadership, and internal marketing partners.

Role Overview

This Marketing Manager supports Orlando Health's Graduate Medical Education (GME) programs across Florida and Alabama. The position is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that support physician residency and fellowship programs, provider engagement, recruitment efforts, and overall program growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for multiple GME programs and physician groups.
  • Manage projects from intake through execution using Workfront.
  • Review incoming requests, establish priorities, coordinate resources, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage campaigns across digital, print, social media, events, web, email, and physician-facing channels.
  • Create marketing content, presentations, collateral, and communication materials.
  • Track campaign performance and provide reporting and recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships with physicians, administrators, and operational leaders throughout the organization.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong marketing and project management background.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working directly with physicians, providers, and executive leaders.
  • Experience with Workfront or similar project management platforms preferred.
  • Healthcare, physician marketing, higher education, recruitment marketing, or service line marketing experience is highly desirable.

 

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in marketing, advertising, mass communications or related field is required. Proven track record developing and executing integrated marketing plans.
  • Four (4) years of experience delivering campaigns.
