    As a Sales Lot Attendant at Olympia Kia, you will play a key role in maintaining the appearance and organization of our vehicle inventory while ensuring our lot is welcoming and ready for customers.     Sales Lot Attendant Job Responsibilities

    • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the vehicle lot and showroom
    • Park, move, and arrange vehicles to ensure an attractive and efficient display
    • Assist with receiving and inspecting new vehicle shipments
    • Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and properly staged for customer viewings and test drives
    • Install dealer tags and assist with vehicle merchandising
    • Monitor lot inventory and report any damage or maintenance needs
    • Assist the sales team with vehicle retrievals and customer deliveries
    • Keep the lot free of debris and maintain a safe, professional environment

    Sales Lot Attendant Qualifications

    • Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift
    • Previous dealership or lot experience is a plus, but not required

    Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be 18 years or older, have a clean driving record with a valid driver's license, and be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing.
