SERVICE DEPARTMENT LOT PORTER

DALTON MOTORS, NATIONAL CITY

Qualifications

  • Some of what you will do:
  • Responsible for preparing the customer''s vehicles for entry into the service area
  • Delivering the customer's vehicle to the technicians
  • Retrieving vehicles from service area for delivery and parking the customer's vehicle in the customer pick-up area
  • Ensuring that the customer's vehicle is driven through the alignment/tread depth checker and a printout has been generated
  • Maintaining a neat, clean, and safe service drive and shop area
  • Safe and careful handling of customer and dealer owned Lot attendant vehicles
  • Check customer paperwork and walk customer to their completed vehicle.

Requirements:

  • Must have an acceptable driving record and a valid California driver's license
  • Must be able to follow written and verbal directions
  • Must be able to work well with others
  • Must have some customer service experience
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may include Saturdays
  • Professional personal appearance
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Possess the energy and drive to accomplish goals, meet deadlines, and find solutions
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus but Spanish is not a requirement
