Responsibilities
The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing service projects, customer relationships, and account performance. This role supports the planning, execution, budgeting, staffing, and delivery of HVAC-related service work while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with customer expectations and company objectives.
Qualifications
Applicants selected must have one of the following:
High School Diploma/GED with 12+ years of experience in the HVAC Trade
Associate's Degree with 10+ years of experience
Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of experience
Demonstrated experience managing projects, budgets, schedules, field personnel, and customer-facing service operations.
Experience developing professional documents such as proposals, statements of work, staffing plans, past performance narratives, and management plans.
Strong computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with a wide range of stakeholders in person, by phone, and in writing.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with the ability to perform well under pressure and manage competing priorities.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work independently to resolve practical problems.

USD $125,120.00 - USD $187,680.00 /Yr.
