Service Manager/Advisor | $104k Base Salary
Full-Time | $104,000 Base Salary + Monthly Performance Bonuses
Are you an experienced automotive professional who can lead a team, build customer relationships, and jump into the shop when needed?
We're looking for a hands-on Service Manager who can manage daily operations while also performing diagnostics and repairs during busy periods. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys both managing people and working on vehicles.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Write estimates and sell needed repairs
- Review Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) with customers
- Manage workflow and dispatch repairs
- Lead technicians and front office staff
- Conduct production meetings
- Open and close the facility
- Ensure repair quality and shop efficiency
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Follow up on declined work and completed repairs
- Step into the shop to perform diagnostics and repairs when needed
You'll Be Successful If You Have
- 10+ years of automotive repair experience
- 5+ years of management experience
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Leadership experience in an automotive repair environment
- Diagnostic and repair experience
- Experience using shop management software
- ASE Certifications (preferred)
- State Inspection License (preferred)
- Valid driver's license
Compensation
- $2,000 per week guaranteed
- $104,000 annual base salary
