Champion Chevrolet is looking for an experienced, motivated Service Manager to join our Team in Athens, AL. We are seeking a strong leader who can drive department performance while delivering an exceptional experience for every customer.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the Service Department
• Recruit, train, motivate, and develop service department personnel
• Monitor department performance, productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure customers receive professional, timely, and transparent service
• Work closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts, and dealership management
• Maintain high standards for repair quality, efficiency, and safety
• Help develop and implement processes that improve workflow and profitability
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Previous automotive Service Management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to motivate and develop a Team
• Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Working knowledge of automotive service operations and dealership processes
• A commitment to professionalism, integrity, and customer satisfaction
