Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the service department, including scheduling and overseeing service appointments.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and ensuring quality service delivery.
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians and service advisors, promoting continuous training and development.
• Monitor and maintain service department performance metrics and profitability.
• Coordinate with other departments to enhance overall dealership performance.
