Service Manager

Greater Boston Area | High-Volume Import Dealership

A growing, customer-focused automotive dealership is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a high-performing service department. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven leader who is passionate about customer satisfaction, employee development, operational excellence, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of dealership service operations
• Drive customer retention and CSI performance
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain service advisors and technicians
• Monitor and improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards
• Maintain effective workflow, scheduling, and repair order management
• Collaborate with parts, sales, and leadership teams to achieve dealership objectives

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive service management experience
• Track record of improving CSI, employee performance, and departmental profitability
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience in a high-volume dealership environment preferred
• Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, or similar DMS experience a plus
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
