If yes, then bring your talent and skills to F.E. Moran, Inc. Fire Protection! We have an exciting opportunity in the Indianapolis area for a Fire Alarm Service Manager. As the Fire Alarm Service Manager, you will lead and manage the service project operations for our Fire Alarm Team.

You Are:

• EXPERIENCED: Extensive previous experience with business and process improvement; previous customer service experience
• ORGANIZED: Able to prioritize and follow up to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• A COMMUNICATOR: Effectively communicate and present both verbally and written to varied levels of audiences
• A NEGOTIATOR: Demonstrated competency in closing deals through effective negotiations

What you'll do:

• EXECUTE: Implement new computer and software technologies along with process development improvements
• LEAD: Utilize previous knowledge to teach, train, and guide your team towards success
• BUILD RELATIONSHIPS: Communicate with project teams and F.E. Moran employees to build honest and trusting relationships
