Service Manager - Flagler Club

Job Summary:

The Service Manager at Flagler Club is an entry level, hourly management position responsible for overseeing the retrieval, setup, service, and maintenance of all Food & Beverage operations at the club. This role also involves maintaining the cleanliness and stocking of the lounge, kitchen, and bussing pantry. Administrative duties include assisting with ordering, managing inventory, and ensuring adequate supply levels. The Service Manager plays a key role in preparing guest rooms, personalized services, and fulfilling guest requests under the direction of the Assistant Hotel Manager.

• Oversee and manage the Food & Beverage service at Flagler Club.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in designated areas.
• Assist with ordering and maintaining inventory.
• Prepare guest rooms according to standards.
• Provide personalized services and attend to guest requests.
• Collaborate with the AHM and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism.
