What You'll Own
Lead and develop a team of commercial HVAC technicians
Serve as the go-to technical expert in the field
Oversee service operations, scheduling, and execution
Partner cross-functionally with ops, leadership, and customers
Drive performance, accountability, and culture across the team
Non-Negotiables
Commercial HVAC experience REQUIRED (no residential-only backgrounds)
Hands-on background as an HVAC technician (must have come up through the tools)
Prior leadership experience (Service Manager, Supervisor, or Lead Tech)
Strong troubleshooting + technical expertise
Comfortable balancing field presence + office leadership

Looking to break into estimating or level up your early career in construction or HVAC?
We're hiring a Junior Estimator to join a fast-paced, growing mechanical team where you'll gain hands-on exposure to bids, takeoffs, and project costing across large-scale commercial projects.
Perfect for someone hungry, detail-oriented, and ready to learn.
What You'll Do
Assist with HVAC/mechanical estimates and proposals
Perform quantity takeoffs and review plans/specs
Support bid preparation and pricing strategy
Collaborate with project and field teams
Non-Negotiables
Background or exposure to HVAC, mechanical, or construction
Experience (or internship) with estimating, takeoffs, or plans/specs
Strong Excel and attention to detail
Eagerness to learn and grow in a technical environment
Nice-to-Have
Mechanical or construction-related degree
Experience with estimating software or project tools
