What You'll Own

  • Lead and develop a team of commercial HVAC technicians

  • Serve as the go-to technical expert in the field

  • Oversee service operations, scheduling, and execution

  • Partner cross-functionally with ops, leadership, and customers

  • Drive performance, accountability, and culture across the team

Non-Negotiables

  • Commercial HVAC experience REQUIRED (no residential-only backgrounds)

  • Hands-on background as an HVAC technician (must have come up through the tools)

  • Prior leadership experience (Service Manager, Supervisor, or Lead Tech)

  • Strong troubleshooting + technical expertise

  • Comfortable balancing field presence + office leadership
