Service Manager - Hyundai

Korum Automotive Group is seeking Service Manager candidates who possess outstanding customer service and leadership skills for our Hyundai Service Department in Puyallup.  Compensation is a combination of base pay and variable pay. The estimated annual pay is between $90,000 to $163,000.

As a Service Manager at Korum Automotive Group, you will be responsible for providing effective leadership and management for the operating units assigned to you. This pivotal role is focused on optimizing utilization, productivity, and profitability while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities will include developing both short and long-term sales and service objectives and goals, as well as implementing monitoring activities to support employee productivity and departmental performance goals. Furthermore, you will strategically align vehicle repair and service practices to emphasize relationship-focused approaches and target profitability levels, driving increased service volumes through effective management practices and a highly skilled team.

Enhancing customer retention and life-cycle profitability will be paramount, along with ensuring that the dealership consistently meets manufacturer warranty performance expectations and maintains detailed service records. • Five plus years of Service Manager Experience
