Service Manager- Infra

Softtek Integration Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Service Manager- Infrastructure at New York. This is a Full-time position. 

Job Description: 

• Lead and manage the operation of an IT service managed by Softtek.
• It includes achieving a high level of customer satisfaction, meeting service levels, negotiating with the customer changes in service scope and requirements, managing the talent assigned to the service, meeting the established budget, remedying customer non-compliance and escalations, continuously improving performance, and adopting the practices/technologies defined by the customer and/or Softtek.
