We’re seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Manager to lead our operations and drive success at our high-performing, full-service repair facility. Our shop features 10 bays, 9 lifts, and a fully climate-controlled, 8,000 sq. ft. workspace. As a service leader, you’ll work closely with technicians, advisors, and ownership to keep the workflow smooth and customers satisfied.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily service operations, from customer check-in to vehicle delivery.
- Supervise and support Service Advisors and Technicians.
- Manage workflow, scheduling, and repair order accuracy.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Track KPIs, drive sales goals, and report to ownership.
- Maintain a high standard of service, safety, and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years in automotive service advising or management.
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving ability.
- Experience with Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
- Valid driver’s license and clean record.
