    Fire Sprinkler Service Manager
    Location: Los Angeles, CA
    Job Type: Full-Time (In-Office)
    Lead a High-Performing Fire Protection Service Team
    We are seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy commercial fire protection service department. This leadership role is responsible for managing service technicians, coordinating schedules, maintaining strong customer relationships, overseeing budgets, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes and standards.

    What You'll Do Operations Management
    • Lead the day-to-day operations of the service department
    • Oversee scheduling, workflow, and project coordination
    • Coordinate emergency service calls and critical repairs
    • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
    • Develop and improve service procedures and operational processes
    Team Leadership
    • Supervise office staff and field technicians
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development
    • Delegate responsibilities and monitor productivity
    • Foster a collaborative, safety-focused work environment
    • Assist team members with technical or operational issues as needed
    Customer Relations
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
    • Respond to customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
    • Create and manage service agreement proposals
    • Coordinate with customers regarding scheduling and project updates
    • Deliver exceptional customer service to encourage long-term partnerships
    Financial & Administrative Oversight
    • Manage departmental budgets and monitor expenses
    • Oversee billing, documentation, and reporting processes
    • Track performance metrics and generate operational reports
    • Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors
    • Ensure accurate project documentation and timely communication
    Safety & Quality
    • Maintain high safety standards and quality control
    • Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable codes
    • Monitor project performance and implement process improvements
    Qualifications
    • Minimum 5 years of Service Manager experience
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service abilities
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for scheduling, tracking, and budgeting
    • Experience with project management software such as Procore, ServiceTrade, or similar is a plus
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Valid driver's license
    Preferred Qualifications
    • NICET certification(s)
    • Experience working with local fire departments and building inspection processes
    • College degree or equivalent leadership training
