The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a background in managing 15+ team members, and a proven track record in P&L oversight, budget management, and service department growth. Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations of the service department.
Manage and grow a team of 15+ technicians and support staff.
Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and full P&L responsibilities.
Drive improvements in efficiency, customer satisfaction, and department profitability.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Collaborate with parts and sales departments to align business goals.
✅ Preferred Experience:
Strong background with Freightliner, International, Kenworth, Peterbilt, MACK, Volvo, Autocar, Hino, or Isuzu.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and optimize service operations.
Previous success in leading growth initiatives within a service department.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 DOE
