Service Manager

Description of the role:

Classic Hyundai - Wilkesboro is seeking a Service Manager to join our team in N. Wilkesboro, North Carolina. As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service department, ensuring efficient and high-quality service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise service advisors, technicians, and support staff
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service department efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Ensure effective communication between service department and other departments
• Monitor service performance metrics and take corrective actions as necessary
• Handle customer complaints and ensure swift resolutions
• Maintain and update service records and documentation

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an automotive service management role
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in using automotive service software and tools
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
