First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Service Manager for our Pearl City Branch. In this role, the Service Manager is responsible for the operations of the branch and supervises employees in all phases of the bank operations. The Service Manager leads the handling and resolutions on customer issues or complex inquiries and ensures that all bank policies and procedures are followed. The Service Manager is key in maintaining the branch workflow and assists to assign coverage as needed.

Compensation:

The annual salary range for this role is $47,000 - $85,000/yr; commensurate with experience.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Saturday 8:30 AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor''s degree in Business or equivalent work experience required
  • 3-5 years of experience in bank operations with 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Ability to use 10-key adding machine and type 40 wpm
  • Must be pleasant and tactful when interacting with customers
  • Good oral and interpersonal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to use judgement and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows applications
