Compensation
- $130,000 base salary (range $100K–$140K based on experience)
- Performance bonus up to $25,000 extra per year

Compensation:$130,000 - $180,000 yearly
Responsibilities:What you'll own:
- Lead, inspire, and coach a team of Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical Service Experts and Apprentice Technicians
- Drive team revenue, gross profit, and performance — and own the results
- Recruit, train, and develop your people into the best versions of themselves
- Build a team culture rooted in happiness, encouragement, accountability, and excellence
- Partner with Dispatch to assign the right expert to every job
- Analyze performance data and lead with insight-driven decisions
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Be a direct, honest communication partner to ownership
Qualifications:What we're looking for
- 5+ years of management or leadership experience in residential service
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Sales experience in residential services is a big plus
- A natural coach and communicator who leads with heart and holds high standards
- Comfortable with data, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Energized by competition, motivated by team success
- No trades license required. What's required is character, leadership, and a genuine love for building great teams.
