You'll be juggling schedules, managing workflows, and making sure everyone knows where they need to be.* Deliver top-notch service to customers: Communicate clearly, respectfully and in a timely manner with customers during the repair process.* Communication: Whether you're connecting with the team or keeping customers in the loop, your main priority is to keep everything running smoothly and ensure everyone is aligned.* Team Management and Development: Leading a team of techs means motivating them, supporting their growth, and handling any issues that come up.
