What You Will Do:
Managing Work Orders: Staying on top of work orders is key. This means opening and closing orders, keeping track of progress and making sure everything runs smoothly with internal systems.
Scheduling and Workflow Management: Its all about assigning the right techs to the right jobs at the right time. Youll be juggling schedules, managing workflows, and making sure everyone knows where they need to be.
Deliver top-notch service to customers: Communicate clearly, respectfully and in a timely manner with customers during the repair process.
Communication: Whether youre connecting with the team or keeping customers in the loop, your main priority is to keep everything running smoothly and ensure everyone is aligned.
Team Management and Development: Leading a team of techs means motivating them, supporting their growth, and handling any issues that come up. Its all about building a strong, talented crew.
Customer Service and Relationship Building: Happy customers are the best customers. Youll be making sure theyre satisfied, building strong relationships, and delivering a world class experience every time.

What You Will Need:
