We are always looking for our next great Service Manager!

Our Service Managers perform duties that include:
  • - Following and enforcing all company policies and procedures as outlined in the current Employee Handbook
    - Hiring, training, and managing employees
    - Focusing on customer retention by building relationships
    - Managing and controlling costs
    - Keeping track of service and inventory records
    - Ordering quality parts and supplies as needed
    - Forecasting goals and objectives for the department
    - Implementing a marketing plan to promote business
    - Maintaining relations with executives and factory representatives
    - Contacting clients regarding the status of vehicles
    - Overseeing post-repair services (vehicle delivery, test driving, etc.)
    - Developing customer estimates and work orders
    - Directing Service Writer's development of customer estimates and work orders
    - Assigning work orders to the technicians
    - Ensuring quality of work, attitude and performance meet or exceeds customer satisfaction goals
    - Maintaining a personal, positive attitude and positive communications at all times

Qualifications

  • *ASE Service Consultant certification or equivalent experience
  • *Extensive knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
  • *Five years of work experience in automotive customer service and service sales preferred
  • *Ability to work in a fast paced and detail-oriented environment
  • *Ability to document findings and work performed in detail
  • *Ability to communicate well with other TEAM members
  • *Be personally responsible and self-motivated
  • *Have a sales minded, customer service focus
  • *Flexibility of overtime work hours
