Service Manager

Optimum RV is a premier RV dealership dedicated to offering a wide selection of RVs, an excellent service department, and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager to join our team to oversee our service department and ensure exceptionalcustomer satisfaction.

The Service Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Service department. The primary duties will include:

  • Overseeing all service operations, including scheduling, repair, and maintenance of RVs.
  • Managing a team of service technicians and support staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries and resolving service-related issues promptly.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all service activities, including work orders, parts inventory, and customer communications.
  • Collaborating with the sales and parts departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitoring service department performance metrics and generating reports for senior management.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • All other responsibilities as assigned.
