How You'll Make a Difference

As our Service Manager, you'll lead the branch service team with a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, and operational performance. You'll help shape the future of the department by coaching your team, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring every job is completed with quality, efficiency, and integrity. Your leadership will directly impact our customers' success and the continued growth of our business.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Service team while managing daily operations, department performance, and financial results.

  • Foster a strong safety culture by leading safety initiatives, supporting incident investigations, and ensuring company standards are followed.

  • Build lasting customer relationships by resolving issues, visiting key accounts, and partnering with Account Managers to grow service opportunities.

  • Oversee service processes, fleet management, staffing, equipment, and departmental resources to deliver outstanding results while managing costs.

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Experience leading or supervising teams, with a passion for coaching, accountability, and employee development.

  • Mechanical aptitude with experience in forklift repair or a related equipment service industry preferred.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
