JOB DESCRIPTION:The Royal Automotive Group is searching for an experienced automotive leader for our serivce department.

The Automotive Service Manager is the center of communication for all repair activities and the liaison between customers and the dealership. As the primary point-of-contact for all automotive service matters, the Service Manager’s core responsibility is to listen, thoroughly understand customer problems and to set/manager expectations. Through proactive oversight, the Service Manager leads a team of high performance service professionals to consistently deliver world-class service to all customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee multiple individuals and able to multi-task
  • Capable to resolve high-level reporting, accounting, customer relations and inter-departmental conversations.
  • Promote a “white-glove” environment/experience to showcase the facility and company.
  • Recruit, interview & hire talent in order to maintain high-quality service levels.
  • Develop, mentor & motivate team members.
  • Specializes to help guests receive a personalized customer service experience.
  • Ability to grow a high producing store.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum high school diploma/equivalent, some post-secondary automotive training/education.
  • Minimum of five years of dealer-level or large facility management experience, is certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (or is willing to obtain certification), and has a strong technical and customer service performance record.
  • An unrestricted driver’s license, a clean driving record.
