We are seeking a Service Manager to lead the store’s Service Center operations, responsible for workflow, staffing, and KPIs to ensure excellent customer experiences.
As the primary service advisor, you'll integrate sales and service, motivate and develop your team, and maintain high hospitality standards.
Key duties include training staff, managing service costs, organizing work orders, and ensuring efficient bike builds and delivery. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll handle customer communication and write most work orders.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years bicycle service experience, a positive attitude, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to learning industry trends.
