Service Manager WA

Service Manager WAPerth

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will lead and motivate an experienced team of skilled technicians and apprentices to achieve high quality work and customer satisfaction. Based out of our Redcliffe branch in Perth this role will lead the service operations for new and existing clients in Western Australia supporting our broad range of equipment including excavators, wheel loaders, material handlers and excavators. This dynamic role is suited for someone with extensive experience in the industry who is both motivated and customer focused.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Service team (Workshop and Field Service Technicians, Administration and Service Partners)
  • Maintaining and develop long standing relationships with new and existing customers
  • Pursue new and existing service sales opportunities
  • Provide advice and guidance to technicians and customers
  • Manage financial responsibilities for the Service department
  • Coach and develop Service Team members

About You

  • Sound technical knowledge of Earthmoving Equipment
  • Shows capability in creating a sense of partnership and forging strong relationships
  • Previous management or team leadership experience
  • Ability to manage departmental P&L's, quotes, WIP & invoicing; and to identify areas for improvement or additional business opportunity
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Hold a current driver's license
