SERVICE MANAGER | COMMERCIAL HVAC Miami-Dade / Broward | $130K–$140K + bonus

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a high-impact Service Manager to lead a large commercial HVAC team across South Florida.

This is a true field-first leadership role. We're looking for someone who didn't just manage technicians—you've been one. You understand the trade, you have credibility in the field, and you know how to get buy-in from a team that respects experience, not titles.

You'll step into a team of 30+ technicians that needs strong leadership, structure, and mentorship. If you're someone who builds accountability, develops people, and knows how to run service operations without losing the respect of the field—this is your lane.

What you'll own:

• Full leadership of a 30+ technician service team across field and office
• Day-to-day service operations: scheduling, utilization, and execution
• Field presence – coaching, troubleshooting, and supporting technicians on-site
• Team performance, culture, and accountability
• Service quality and customer relationships

What actually matters here:

• You came up through HVAC – hands-on field experience is non-negotiable
• You've led service teams and know how to earn respect, not force it
• You're comfortable being in the field, not just behind a desk
• You can mentor, coach, and level up technicians
• You've built or improved team performance before
• Union experience is a plus
