JD:
- Looking for ServiceNow platform administrators, not developers.
- Managing ServiceNow platform.
- Working with the team and responsible for managing daily maintenance and upgrades or new features/plug-ins.
- Various in-house application integration with ServiceNow.
- Prefer to have AWS skillset as well – cloud infrastructure and support at some level - EC2, S3, Rehydration, CICD Pipelines-Jenkins.
- Server experience – looking at servers in the cloud.
- Handling requests from the enterprise side – for example, integrating ServiceNow with Slack.
- Enterprise level support.
- Windows/Linux experience to support infrastructure in the cloud would also be helpful.
- AWS DevOps is preferred.
- ServiceNow certification is preferred.
Need banking client experience.
