ServiceNow Platform Architecture

• Define and maintain the overall ServiceNow platform architecture and roadmap.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
• Establish platform governance, standards, design principles, and best practices.
• Lead architectural reviews and technical design workshops.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and business objectives.

Solution Design & Implementation

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions leveraging:
• ITSM
• ITOM
• ITAM
• CMDB
• Service Catalog
• Service Portal
• Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
• HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
• Customer Service Management (CSM)
• Security Operations (SecOps)
• Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC)
• Define data models, workflows, integrations, reporting, and automation strategies.
• Review and approve technical designs developed by implementation teams.

Enterprise Integration Architecture

• Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow an d enterprise applications including:
• SAP
• Salesforce
• Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Azure AD / Entra ID
• Workday
• Jira
• Monitoring Tools
• Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Establish API and middleware integration standards.
• Ensure data consistency and synchronization across platforms.

CMDB & ITOM Strategy

• Develop enterprise CMDB architecture and governance framework.
• Define Configuration Item (CI) models and service mapping strategies.
• Lead ITOM implementations including:
• Discovery
• Service Mapping
• Event Management
• Cloud Discovery
• Operational Intelligence
• Improve service visibility and operational resilience.

Technical Leadership

• Provide architectural guidance to developers, administrators, and implementation partners.
• Lead code reviews and solution validation sessions.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.
• Mentor ServiceNow team members and establish technical standards.

Security & Compliance

• Design secure platform architectures adhering to cybersecurity standards.
• Implement role-based access controls, encryption, and audit requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.
• Support governance and risk management initiatives.

Performance Optimization

• Monitor platform health, scalability, and performance.
• Review technical debt and define optimization strategies.
• Implement platform monitoring and proactive maintenance approaches.
• Recommend architectural improvements for future growth.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with business leaders to identify transformation opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into strategic ServiceNow capabilities.
• Present architectural solutions to executive leadership and governance boards.
