Pay Range: $50 - $60/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer Lead with 10 12 years of IT experience and strong expertise in ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, solution architecture, development, integration, and enterprise application design. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the MSO/Telecommunications domain, with the ability to lead large, matrix-managed technical teams and deliver complex ServiceNow and enterprise BSS/OSS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and support of enterprise ServiceNow CSM and ITSM solutions.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions and enterprise architecture.
• Lead end-to-end technical solution design and contribute to strategic technology roadmaps.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and COTS, SaaS, third-party, BSS, OSS, and enterprise platforms.
• Provide technical leadership to developers, architects, business stakeholders, and multiple vendor teams.
• Define development standards, integration patterns, architecture principles, and best practices.
• Lead requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and application support activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business, security, performance, scalability, and integration requirements.
• Support data processing, ETL, reporting, and visualization initiatives using technologies such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Evaluate and incorporate emerging AI/ML, LLM, and Copilot capabilities into enterprise solutions where appropriate.
• Ensure solutions align with relevant industry standards and frameworks such as TM Forum (TMF), MEF, ITIL, IETF, and IEEE.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams and ensure successful delivery of complex initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field. Master s degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM/CSM, architecture, requirements and design, development, testing, and application support.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM and ITSM.
• 4+ years of MSO/Telecommunications industry experience with strong functional and technical knowledge of enterprise BSS/OSS systems.
• 4+ years of experience architecting and designing large-scale enterprise solutions.
• 2+ years of experience implementing or integrating complex COTS, SaaS, and third-party platforms.
• 2+ years of experience within an Architecture organization, contributing to strategic solutions, enterprise roadmaps, and end-to-end architecture.
• Strong system development and integration background with technologies such as:
  • Angular
  • Spring / Spring Boot
  • J2EE
  • API Gateway
  • MySQL
  • Distributed Systems Architecture
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, microservices, and distributed architectures.
• Knowledge of BSS, OSS, IT, and telecommunications industry standards.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and preferably TMF, MEF, IETF, or IEEE standards.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to lead large, matrix-managed technical teams involving multiple vendors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML technologies, LLMs, Generative AI, and Client Copilot.
• Experience building data processing and ETL solutions.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Experience applying machine learning concepts to enterprise solutions.
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or CSM-related certifications are preferred.
• Experience working in large-scale telecommunications or enterprise transformation programs.
