Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Administrator to support the administration, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform within a Government Cloud environment.
Looking for a Mid-Level and Senior Service Now Platform Administrator
4+ Years to 12+ Years of Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, and maintenance.
Manage and support ServiceNow Change Management processes and workflows.
Support CI/CD processes, application deployments, and platform releases.
Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability and performance.
Collaborate with development, IT operations, and business teams to implement platform enhancements.
Follow government cloud security, compliance, and operational requirements.
Support integrations, upgrades, patches, and ServiceNow best practices.
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Platform Administration.
Experience with ServiceNow Change Management.
Experience with CI/CD and ServiceNow deployment processes.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow configuration, administration, workflows, and platform maintenance.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident/Green Card holder due to Government Cloud requirements.
Preferred Experience:
ITSM (IT Service Management)
FSM (Field Service Management)
ServiceNow AppEngine
Health & Safety applications/modules
ServiceNow integrations and enterprise application support.
Ideal Candidate:
A hands-on ServiceNow Platform Administrator with strong administration and Change Management experience, exposure to CI/CD, and preferably experience across ITSM, FSM, AppEngine, or Health & Safety in a government or regulated environment
