    Service Now Technical Manager
    Location: Warren NJ (Hybrid)
    Duration: 12 Months
    Rate: DOE

    US Citizens and Green cards are Preferred.


    Job Summary:
    The ServiceNow Technical Manager will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions tailored to the needs of our insurance operations. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and best practices, as well as strong leadership and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing ServiceNow projects within the insurance domain, leading technical teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Leadership & Management:
    • Lead and manage a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
    Project Management:
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow projects specific to insurance processes and requirements.
    • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
    Technical Expertise:
    • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions, including customization and configuration, with a focus on insurance-related workflows and processes.
    • Ensure adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development and administration.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow.
    Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders in the insurance domain to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
    • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
    Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and performance of ServiceNow solutions.
    • Implement and maintain best practices for testing and deployment.
    Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay current with ServiceNow updates and industry trends, particularly those relevant to the insurance sector.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement enhancements.
    Qualifications:
    Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
    • Proven experience in managing ServiceNow projects and technical teams, preferably within the insurance industry.
    Technical Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and CSM.
    • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
    • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and integrations.
    • Familiarity with insurance industry standards and regulatory requirements.
